Your Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) Specialists
We specialise in delivering high-quality Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) using the renowned Kingspan TEK® Building System, offering a complete service for your structural building envelope. From bespoke self-build homes to large commercial projects, our off-site manufactured panels create energy-efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective building envelopes, engineered to the highest standards and built to last.
What are Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)?
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are a high-performance building system that uses Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). Each panel consists of a rigid insulation core securely bonded between two layers of engineered Oriented Strand Board (OSB). Together, they form a strong, lightweight, and highly thermally efficient solution, ideal for constructing walls, roofs, floors, and internal partitions.
Unlike traditional brick and block or timber frame builds, SIPs create a monolithic, airtight shell that delivers outstanding strength, minimal thermal bridging, and exceptional energy performance.

The Kingspan TEK® System
We are an approved delivery partner of Kingspan TEK®, one of the most trusted names in structural panel technology.
The Kingspan TEK® Building System is:
- BBA Certified for 60 years, the maximum lifespan recognised for any UK construction method.
- Accepted by warranty providers, including NHBC, LABC, Zurich and more.
- Recognised by lenders and insurers, giving peace of mind that your investment is protected.
The TEK Building System comprises 142 mm or 172 mm thick Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) with a high-performance fibre-free rigid urethane insulation core, sandwiched between two layers of Oriented Strand Board type 3 (OSB/3). It is used to construct walls and roofs, and intermediate floors using I-beams or open web joists.
Product Highlights
- Can achieve whole wall and roof U-values of 0.20 W/m2K or better
- Can achieve air leakage levels as good as approximately 1 m3/hour/m2 at 50 Pa
- Recognised by major building warranty providers such as Building Life Plans and NHBC
- BBA certified
- Quick to build, internal works can start earlier
- Can create efficient buildings with very low fuel bills
- Minimal on-site waste
Why Choose SIPs for Your Build?
Building with SIPs offers several unique advantages over conventional construction:
- Faster Build Times. A typical four-bedroom home can be made weather-tight in as little as two weeks, keeping projects on schedule and reducing on-site disruption.
- Exceptional Energy Efficiency. With very low U-values, continuous insulation, and airtightness, SIPs can cut heating bills by up to 50%, creating homes that are warmer in winter, cooler in summer, and cheaper to run.
- Design Flexibility. SIPs allow vaulted ceilings, open-plan layouts, and striking architectural features without the limitations of bulky roof trusses.
- Superior Strength. Proven to be stronger than traditional timber frame and even brick-and-block construction, SIPs withstand extreme weather conditions and deliver long-term structural integrity.
- Sustainable Solution. Manufactured off-site with minimal waste, PEFC-certified timber, and precision CNC cutting, SIPs offer a greener way to build, supporting Net Zero ambitions.
